Interesting the threads that occur while one is sleeping. Went to bed early last night as I had to go to work the day before on 3 hours sleep - yes, I did sleep most of the day. I must be a teenager in middle aged woman's clothing! Rolling on the floor laughing

Sally - if the snakes are out shopping, it sounds like they are trying to get things better for their new digs. I highly doubt they are looking for formal attire to go to a black tie dinner. My fear would be they are trying to furnish a nursery. Anyway, you may want to call animal control anyway. I know we have had cats in the past that would take care of garter snakes - but they are not water snakes.....
