My only bloomer, Siloam Double Classic seems to be having some trouble.
It's first few blooms looked like this and I waited until this third set opened to call for help - the flowers are darker in color than last year's and have sort of burnt or dried looking petal edges that are rolled over. The plant is in a pot, gets water every day (maybe not enough?) and we had a huge rain storm 10 days ago but have not had any rain since then.
It's got at least 10 bloom stalks coming along, loaded with buds but the flowers are blooming very short. I thought cold weather caused that but, well we haven't exactly been cold although we have had a nice cool-ish spring. No night has gone below 60 here in a month.
Any ideas for a remedy greatly appreciated.
