I did check with the fellow I bought from and he "thought" it was Easter Bonnet. Doesn't look like any of the pictures of that one I've been able to find. My list of suspects is:
Rhea
Susan Bliss
Dogrose
Miss California

Dogrose has the closest shape but lacks the yellow this has centrally.
