F of E is that way....it takes almost "perfect" conditions to get nice "form".....seems a lot was sacrificed in order to get rebloom ! It's only been the last 10 years, or so, that rebloom AND good form and flower shape has really started to come together, consistently .
Your "purple" should open here today, too, Tom (although it won't have the honor of being "1st".....and, it is showing some rot, as is your red noid, but....so is everything else
