New to the site. I looked through the forums but couldn't find a thread that fit my question. I live in Southeast AK, temperate rainforest, zone 7b I think. I'm trying to plant a rock garden; I have a successful daffodils, Rhody, azalea, ajuga and geraniums in another I planted some years back. I'm not a total garden dummy, also grow spinach, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes in a small homemade greenhouse, but my problem is, I'd like some ideas for a nice contrasting rock garden with some late-season bloomers that will do well in my climate, preferably one time planting, not sure where to start looking. Space is about a 10-12' circle. Thanks for any input.
