I have heard over and over how a seedling bloom can change over the first 3 years. I have one that has done quite a transformation:

ZZZ73 - Laura Mast x Dragonfly Dawn:

Last year's blooms ... which were the very 1st blooms (it had a small number of buds/blooms that were ALL doubles):
