Caladiums like it when it gets really warm to hot temps, humid even better. Don't know where you are located, but if your conditions outside are warm enough like 75F and higher , you can gradually put in part sun/part shade area, so those leaves can go on growing.

At least yours is awake already, mine is just barely poking through the soil, since our temps still on the cool side.
