It has rained here just about every day too, but today was the exception. I sprayed my whole yard with Liquid Fence a few days ago. It rained within hours. Today my husband fashioned a chicken wire fence around the phlox. Looks stupid. We'll see if it works. I also chopped up a bunch of garlic and sprinkled it around the plant.
