I do crop them Linda before saving to a new file. Crop away. I do have to be sure to get a close up to begin with, so the cropped photo will be sharp. Mine are not really all that clear and sharp when you compare them to professional work.
But I am learning. Need a polarizing lens and a macro lens. Boy would that be awesome. : )
