I bought some Pickle bush cukes and on the package it claims them as "space saving" and has a pot with a check mark on it.. I would really like to grow them in containers.. I have done this with cherry tomatoes but never cucumbers of any sort. Besides Putting a climbing or vine trellis by the plant.. anything else I should know, as this is the first time I am trying this with Pickling cukes?? I don't want to plant these Directly in the yard becuase there is not much space left and I want to be able to try to keep rabbits and deer from eating the plants.
Knowledge is power :)
