I need some advise as how to achieve my goal i have a garden bed that currently has hollyhocks and lupines and peony's in it which i plan to relocate all to another location. Ideally what i'd love to create is a dianthus bed 4 rows all staggered for height and all different in color, preferably id like to start everything from seed as i really love watching the progression and satisfaction that i planted everything.

The first row I'd love to go with a classic white, but afterwards i'm unsure. My house is a baked clay red. So light pinks probably wouldn't look to good.

I'm looking for suggestions on heights and colors and types for each row please. The tallest flower can probably go about 5 foot that being the last and final row but it doesn't have to of course. Really would love everything to be a perennial if possible.

Any suggestions and help would be so wonderful. Thank you! Id love to start this project this yr knowing that it's getting quite late and i'll probably not get any blooms until next yr.

Thanks, Kae
