Trachelospermum jasminoides, the smell is delicious! I had one which survived quite hard frosts against my south wall, the ground was frozen solid. I dug it up and put it in a pot so I could put another plant in it's place, it then gave up the ghost! It will climb given something to climb up such as a trellis. I almost bought another a few days ago.
