Where are you live ?

So sorry about your peace lily.
What mineral water you bought for her ?

Actually am not sure what happen to her. If the soil is not too dry. Is there any worm or other small creatures eating the stem ? Or Are there some rotting make the stem become soft and bed smell?

Wish another expert gardener will come soon to give some advise.

I have experience this once. I thinks its dies since all leaves are wither and gone. I place the pot at the back of my geenhouse. And one day i found there many new plantlets sprout around the dead old stem.

Thank you for your interest ,

First of all I live in Canada , so it's never too hot and never too cold in house , I'm mixing a product that I bought from walmart that contains zinc and magnesium , I'm feeding my plant with water and this product

I believe I'm overputting of this product .........so I think I will stop using it , from now on it will be only water
