Anyone have a good way to deal with lack of sleep? My body feels like it used to in college after a night of heavy drinking. My wife does the best she can to help me get sleep but I am still only getting about 5 hours. That may be fine for some people or even for a couple nights but it is accumulating and taking its toll. I have been pumping the caffeine but my body has been just laughing at it...LOL
