I do not think i have rust but i do have some yellow leaves on many of my plants. We only had 1 good snow. Four inches back in November and then a few inches at a time maybe 3 times. I do have something on a few that looks like white dandruff on some leaves but these leaves remain green as ever. The yellow on some is very streaky and i do not see brown.
Just saw some pics on the net about rust and looks worse than what i may have. This is our first solid week w/o rain so we have had a really wet spring. Could some yellowing be caused by the plants staying too wet?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
