Cam is right... you have to take it in shifts so you're not both constantly short on sleep. If Darcy can pump enough for a feeding or two, that will let you give her a break. I know you work during the week, but you could do Friday and Saturday nights... any chance you can arrange to go in to work late on Wednesdays or take half-days of vacation for a mid-week break for Darcy?). Also, remember breast milk can be frozen.

Whoever's turn it is to get 7 or 8 hours uninterrupted sleep should hit the sack right after dinner.
