JRosie, I have seen roses grow to 6 feet in one season after being pruned to the ground. Some places here do that every year just to keep the Knock Outs from getting too large.
I think in 2 months you'll have plenty of blooms.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
