Is it weird that I feel bad for the butterflies stuck with the "common" label? I mean, I get that it helps differentiate the Common Buckeye from the Tropical and Mangrove Buckeyes, but somehow it makes them seem "less" and I think they're pretty awesome. Granted, I've never seen one of the other Buckeyes, so maybe I'll see them and be like, "Oh yeah, that other one is really common."
Off to enjoy a nice air-conditioned day at the movies!
