I don't think it's Rheingauperle......I'd rather think it's one of the i. pallida clones. The plant height is way too short for a pallida....but, that can be explained(maybe) by "first year" growth, or weather....everything here is blooming "off " this year. Aroma sounds wrong foe a pallida, as well, they usually have quite a bit of 'scent' .....a "grape soda" smell.
