You can't have too many viburnums..

Definitely an Ash species (Fraxinus sp.).

To determine which one, need a good clear image of leaf scars. White Ash will have a crescent moon with the bud down in it, and Green Ash will have a half moon with the bud perched on top of it.

Yours seems to be White Ash from what I can see.
