Cotoneaster franchetii is a good suggestion .. it has blush white flowers.

It could also be Cotoneaster lacteus ..

Both of the above are said to have arching or weeping branches, this shrub is very upright.

Cotoneaster simonsii is upright .. but the leaves look too small.
