Katie, that sounds like a real mess -- I don't really have anything to offer in the way of advice or assistance, except I did want to point out that the threads in the Sandbox get "cleaned out" at the end of the year (or the beginning of the next year), meaning that the posts from the old year are all deleted. I don't know if this is an issue for you... but if it is, you might want to write in a "blog" instead of here.
