I hope to post to the forum tonight with pictures of our front yard bed, and close up of two daylilies which are NOID's too me (ok, all daylilies are NOID's to me right now).

History: Last fall we had a landscape company come in and build our front yard out. They gave us three sheets of flowers, shrubs, etc to pick from, my wife and I sat down and selected what we wanted, then they came in and planted nothing that was on our list. Back and forth fighting with them and having them come out to remove plants and plant new items, plus we had a bunch of items die we had had enough. By the end of the ordeal we really had no clue to what we had. Some we knew but most we did not, so...........wait until spring I guess.

Now I am the one that plants things to eat, while my wife loves plumerias, son loves cactus, daughter loves orchids. Why in the world would I ever get into planting another type of plant?

The answer is from the beginning of our spring, we have had two different color of daylilies that have popped up that I absolutely love. I had started researching about daylillies and now want my front beds to be covered in them LOL. I already have plans for all my seed pods (which seem to be many ) Smiling .
