Thanks, Daisy! I updated my location. I am just outside of the Detroit area in Livingston County, Michigan. I thought it may be an elm, but the bark & leaf texture weren't familiar to me. It also doesn't flower, which I read that elms do. Maybe young elms do not. Is there any more info, or angles I can send that can help cement the answer? Thanks again!
