Hi! I have acquired this part of the plant (shown in picture), and am wondering what the best method would be to propagate. I have read about a few different methods, but am not sure what would be best.

One method said to cut the stalk about 1/4 inch from the last leaf, then take a few inches of leafs off the bottom, soak in water for 10 min, and then to place the bottom portion directly into the ground. Does this sound like an appropriate method?

Thanks for any help - I REALLY want this to work! Smiling
