There's a flower bud in the last photo, top left.

There are Geraniums with leaves similar to this, but the flower bud speaks Potentilla to me.

You will know when the flowers open, the bud almost looks like a rose bud and Potentilla is in Rosaceae.

As Sue said, it reminds me of Wood Avens which I have, Geum urbanum but not quite the same and that is also in Rosaceae.
