I know....It always seem like winter is watching me pick up all those 75% off bulbs because it starts to rain then it turns to ice then snow.
I love to plan so I start looking each season to see where I would like a bulb or a plant and I mark the area with a sticks that I spray painted green. I stick them in the soil where I want to plant. At the end of summer when it cools down and I am done with the garden is when I dig the holes.
