white clover, depending on your def of weed, it is a weed and it is VERY invasive. It spreads by seed and runners and even a small piece will root. It will grow up into lawn grass and choke it out. It is also a rabbit magnet.
The second is dianthus, a desirable plant. They smell nice and are not invasive. They come up every year.
