Oh, peonies would be excellent companions to daffs, for that reason. I never thought of it that way before.
Maybe due to the rain, the daff and muscari foliage seems melted away faster than usual. Or, I've been to busy to notice it. Or, there have been fwere days dry enough to look around, and all I've looked at are new plants and flowers Blinking
Plant it and they will come.
