Wooooooooo Hooooooooo Margaret!

As we were expecting TS Colin yesterday I went out to check the shed door. It's warped or something & doesn't close real well at the top & bottom so I wanted to put a concrete block at the bottom to help keep it from flying open should the latch not hold. As I approached I saw mama & papa Carolina Wren flying out from the opening in the top of the door. Still raising babies in there then.

I wish I'd had time to go back & get the camera & do some snooping in there & take photos but I didn't. Hopefully soon. Maybe today if I have energy after putting everything back to rights from yesterday's TS preparations.
