I would say that I can't even believe people would do something like that... but unfortunately, I can. Years ago I was living in a house on 40 wooded acres; our closest neighbor was almost 1/4 mile away. One day I was home from work, sick with the flu, and saw our neighbor wheeling a wheelbarrow down the road past our house, and then coming back with an apple tree he had dug up on our property... Blinking . It was a "wild" apple tree, but still!
