If you put them in the freezer at this time of year they will die because plants need to acclimate to cold during the autumn in order to survive winter cold. Even if they did not die it is unlikely to make them flower again. They are more likely to "rebloom" if you give them good growing conditions, i.e. fertilizer and water, but it would still also most likely depend on the length and warmth of your growing season and also what cultivar/s you are growing. Do you know their names?

If you had daylilies that bloomed in the spring I'm guessing you're somewhere towards the south of the USA?
