'Strutters Ball', is one of the several daylilies that I have lost. I am wondering if anyone south of zone 7B has any luck growing it. I grow 'Buttered Popcorn', and it was the worst plant in my garden this year for rust.
Now I had a plant that I had labeled' Mary Todd', but it turned out to be 'Mary's Gold' and it is one of the best performers in my garden this year. I received this as a small double fan and as a gift back on June 18th 2014, and it is doing great now.
A small daylily that has done well for me this year is 'Mini Pearl'
As usual I have a couple of NOIDs that make excellent garden plants.

Another NOID:
It is probably impossible to see all the bud scars on the clump. I got back in time just for a couple of blooms.
I suppose 'Gypsy Rose Lee' has been the outstanding plant in my garden for performance this year, and it was just planted in July of last year, a few other plants in that order struggled to survive at all because of the heat they were subjected to (July is not a good time to plant daylilies here in Southeast Alabama).
Another plant I almost forgot to mention that has done well here. It was one of the first plants to bloom this season, and the rebloom has started and it looks like it will bloom for a long while yet: Planted in Oct. 2015.
