Mine grow the same color from the seeds (dark red/burgundy), it's just you have to plant quite a bit of seeds, mine do not have much successful rate...This year I have 5 grown out of the bunches I scattered (maybe it will be better to start in the pots) then the rain broke two of the tallest one....
