I have tried milk and water for mildew on my roses, and it did work. Adding the other ingredients would probably make it work better. We haven't had any fungal issues here this year, we don't even have slugs or snails due to very dry conditions, but I will save this recipe for when we get rain again...if I live that long. Hilarious!
