Polly ~ you asked for a bloom sequence, so I'll give it a go ~ do keep in mind that within any of these types there will be early and late bloomers.

To start with the very basics, lilies bloom in this order:
Asiatics, then Trumpets(Longiflorum) then Orientals

Crosses between those types generally bloom somewhere in between:
Asiatics, LAs, Trumpets, OTs, Orientals

Add the less commonly grown lilies ~
Martagons, then Asiatics, LAs, Trumpets, OTs, Orientals, then species lilies like L. henryi

I won't go into all the crosses such as OAs, LOs, etc., but you get the gist of it. The smaller the lily cultivar, the earlier it will bloom. For example, the Pixie and Ghost series are dwarf Asiatic varieties and will bloom at the beginning of the Asiatic season.
Where are we going, and why am I in this hand-basket?
