Excellent to hear, TY! If the mood strikes, a pic of your non-potted plant would make a good addition to the DB entry here for this plant. Almost all of them are in pots.

I would love to have one to try again, especially since I've seen how well the other Tillys that I have do on the trunks of potted trees, like they would be on a big tree in a warmer climate. I think my older one of those has been with me for 3 yrs too. And at least that way if I killed another one, it wouldn't be from doing the same thing twice. ;+) It seems like they're going around again lately, I might see one.
