Maybe...I received two fans from different sources and both bloomed last year and this year. The soil is very dry under that pine tree and even when it rains that bed does not get much. I'm thinking about moving it to a better location. This year the blooms are much smaller than last year. Last year was the first year that it bloomed and the second year in my garden.
