I just looked at the Oakes Daylily Catalog and they list Frankly Scarlet as an All American Daylily Selection. I just noticed that there is no designation for this one being a tetraploid, so I guess they are selling the diploid version and what the plant we are growing here is the diploid. Our flowers are 4" or less. I will also say whatever this is, it is a wonderful plant, but I don't think it reblooms here.
