I figured since I had 2 unidentifiable plants in my phone now was the time to post these....

So this plant I just found growing just over the embankment that leads down into the ferny/damp woods around my yard. It has 2 stiff, reddish colored stalks and is probaby 6-7' tall. It's all bent over now, because it grabbed onto the birch seedling that was growing next to it and it has these weird tendrils like a pea or a clematis, and the leaves actually look a bit like clematis. I just took this photo today, so if that green umbrell is it's flower, it's flowering now. It's possible it has just gone by. When I first saw it a couple of weeks ago, it was maybe a foot shorter than it is now, and reminded me a bit of Rue (tall and gangly), with pea-like tendrils. It didn't have the flower umbrells on it then. It's possible it was there last year and I missed it, so this may be it's 2nd year. It's in a mostly shady, dry location, though it gets more sun now that a large tree fell (last year).

Any ideas?
