Wow! 160 or so unidentified Peony Photos in this database entry!
Hello Caroline and Darrell, This would be a herbaceous peony, and a beautiful photo Smiling

For two days last weekend, at the 2nd Annual Canadian Peony Society - B.C. and Yukon Region Peony Show in Castlegar, B.C., I was surrounded by hundreds of Peony entries. What a blast! Colour, fragrance, and unimaginable beauty in the displays! Lovey dubby
Gardeners from the surrounding areas and further afield, brought their named and un-named specimens. I recognize some of them in the database, but no time now to do the due diligence to sort out certain varieties. Maybe in the winter, with help from some of our experts in the field, some names could be fitted to some of the photos.
In the mean time, happy growing to all the Peony lovers. Hurray!
