Are they still in their original pots?

If so, they're probably root-bound, which means that they'll require almost daily watering. Putting a saucer under the pots will reduce watering frequency and stress on the plants.

First, though, you'll need to soak them well, plunging them in a bucket for 15 minutes or so to eliminate all the dry pockets. Then water to flush the pots. Wait a week before yanking the yellow foliage, some of it may recover and green up.
