I've seen the pictures on YouTube and apparently they work. I really don't see the advantage to them. For one thing, they will be expensive. Secondly, uncapping is not that big of a job. Thirdly, to have a healthy hive, you need to go through it on a regular basis to check on the health of the hive, parasite problem and to see what kind of job your Queen is doing. I think I'll stick to the tried and true.
