Gita ... I am not Robin, but in my experience that kind of bite came from a spider bite ... not a black widow spider. For me, I just put aloe vera on it, and left it open to the air... but I didn't have clothing rubbing on it. It healed slowly, but it healed.
It's happened more than once with no long term problems.
