Great photos Leslieray. It does look like your beautiful rosette and offsets are going to bloom. You can behead the large rosette and remove all of the elongated offsets that are forming. By doing this you might force the parent rosette to produce non blooming offsets. Not sure, but you might have one or two offsets that look normal. The ones that have a nice tight formation of the young rosettes.
I find that when a rosette is going to bloom it goes into a major growing spurt and become quite large. Your is a beauty for sure.
