@stilldew, they haven't responded to my claim that I initiate and it's been 3 days. If they would make it right, I would gladly accept the replacement bulbs. My only problem is, I received 6 different bags labeled with a professional looking label and none of them are the products I ordered. I'm just afraid if I didn't file the claim to check into the matter, to much time would pass and I wouldn't have the buyer protection that they offer. It really wouldn't be a big deal if I had spend a small amount of money but my total was $190+ so I feel like they should make it right by sending me the correct ones or refunding me my money. I guess I don't know what to really do besides sit back and wait to hear their response.
