Beautiful picture! This plant seems to be Ananas macrodontes Morren, the other species of ananas. Although the flowering stage is early to be sure (only the first flowers are opening), there is no indication of the subsequent development of a foliar crown at the top of the inflorescence. The pink color of bracts, as well as their shape and length, also suggest A. macrodontes. Another diagnostic trait is the presence of both antrorse and retrorse spines along the leaf margins.
The similarities between A. macrodontes and A. comosus var. bracteatus are related to an ancient hybridization between A. macrodontes and A. comosus.
