I FINALLY got some plants to put in my antique bird cage. 2 ivy, a Candy Corn plant, and a verbena. Sorry about the snap holding it shut, but the original closure was broken (which is why I was able to bargain the price of it down half.........LOL), but I don't think the latch would have been strong enough to hold the top shut with the extra weight in there of the plants and soil.
