How easy is it to train a plumeria to a 6 - 7 ft tree? I would think that it would look very patchy.

Once we move to where we have a little land, I would like to try and train one or two trees. I figure I could build a pvc hot house around them during Jan / Feb.
I could keep the winds off of them, I am just not sure about the ground temp, but then again I can not see it being too cold.

Do you think this would be a loss cause?
