Don't worry, Chris. It will put out some roots when it's ready. It looks really healthy and a nice green color on those leaves. Possibly if you ease back watering that plant for a few weeks that will push it to make roots - i.e. maybe mist/water every second day and let it dry out well? But I think it will make roots on its own eventually.

I'm guessing here, but you may have had all those orchids in light that was too bright for them and that's why they were such a pale color. Come fall, if you need to move them back to the other greenhouse be sure to do it gradually so they don't get burnt.
